H 555 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

Welcome to H 555. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and H 555 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). To register and maintain an account on H 555 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. H 555 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Age verification documents will be requested at registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, trust accounts or any form of business entity may not register as a player.

H 555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Standard documents accepted include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. H 555 may also request proof of address and proof of ownership of payment methods used.

H 555 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which settle in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, typically instant
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, typically instant
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, typically credited within one business day
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards — minimum deposit Rs 500, processing time varies by bank

All funds deposited to H 555 must originate from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. H 555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit traced to a third party will be returned to the source, and the H 555 account involved may be subject to review and temporary restriction pending investigation.

H 555 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside H 555's control and are the player's responsibility. H 555 is not liable for any fees, delays or failures caused by a payment provider's own systems or policies.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name. H 555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, H 555 will verify that all active bonus wagering requirements associated with the account have been satisfied. Withdrawals requested while a bonus wagering requirement is pending will either be declined or will result in the active bonus being forfeited — the player must confirm their preference.
• Identity verification must be completed before a player's first withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless H 555 has reasonable cause to re-verify.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. IBFT withdrawals are processed within one business day. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

H 555 does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard withdrawals. In cases where a player requests an unusually high number of small withdrawals within a short period, H 555 reserves the right to consolidate these into fewer, larger payments for operational reasons.

H 555 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each offer has its own specific terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on H 555 unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available once per player and once per household. Multiple accounts claiming the same welcome offer constitutes abuse of the promotion system and is grounds for account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Standard wagering requirements at H 555 range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount — the exact figure is stated in every individual offer.

All games and betting markets on H 555 operate according to the rules of the relevant product. By placing a bet or participating in a game on H 555, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that product. The following general rules apply across all H 555 products:

• Bets once confirmed are final. H 555 does not cancel or amend confirmed bets at a player's request, except in cases where a clear technical error on H 555's part can be demonstrated.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and are displayed within the game or market interface. H 555 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and without prior notice.
• Palpable errors: In cases where odds or game parameters are clearly incorrect as the result of a technical error, H 555 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and return the stake to the player's account. The following actions are strictly prohibited on H 555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to H 555 support immediately
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue with H 555 support
• Using another person's payment method or identity to register or fund an H 555 account

H 555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• Any chargeback or reversal initiated by the player's payment provider
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests
• H 555 discontinuing service to a particular jurisdiction

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, H 555 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 business days. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, account balances derived from the breach will be forfeited. Real-money balances deposited by the player that are not implicated in the breach may be returned at H 555's discretion.

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting H 555 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure, subject to applicable verification and wagering requirements, will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
